Technically lead the systems development team, promoting engineering best practices, standardization, continuous mentoring, and evolution of delivered solutions to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technically lead development teams, make architectural decisions, and ensure code quality, delivery standards, and application maintenance. * Act as a bridge between the technical team and business areas, translating strategic needs into technology solutions that deliver value to customers and the business. * Work hands-on, supporting the team in complex technical challenges while maintaining practical reference and technical credibility. * Conduct code reviews and validate critical technical solutions, ensuring compliance with architecture, security, and performance guidelines. * Lead and support the technical and behavioral development of team members through coaching and feedback, fostering a collaborative and continuously learning environment. * Evaluate, propose, and implement development process improvements, encouraging agile practices, automation, and innovative technologies. * Define and implement software engineering best practices, promoting agile methodologies, automation, TDD, Clean Architecture, and other industry standards. * Lead *war rooms* during critical incidents, coordinating efforts across multidisciplinary teams to identify root causes, immediately mitigate impacts, complete post-mortems, and define corrective and preventive action plans. * Support definition of technical requirements, effort estimation, and technical backlog prioritization in collaboration with other leaders. * Identify technical and operational risks, proposing mitigation plans and alternatives to ensure system stability, scalability, and continuity. * Promote DevSecOps culture, encouraging secure and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), infrastructure-as-code, and system observability. * Define and monitor team technical performance metrics and indicators, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in Software Architecture or Technical Leadership. * Experience in developing mission-critical systems and defining software architectures, with proven experience in technical leadership and agile team management. * Solid software development experience (Java, Node, React, or GO). * Advanced knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices. **Additional Information** With **31 years** of operation in the transportation market, we recognize our commitment across multiple dimensions—social, environmental, and economic.
