Focus on economical driving, defensive driving, and safe practices **Mandatory Educational Requirements:** * Completed High School. **Desirable Educational Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, Land Transportation, or Law; * Instructor training course; **Desirable Technical Requirements:** * Knowledge of Defensive Driving; * Knowledge of Economical Driving; * Knowledge of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance; * Geographic knowledge; * Risk Management knowledge; * Knowledge of ISO 9001; * Knowledge of LGPD and Compliance; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of ERP systems and software; **Desirable Experience:** * 1 year in the field. **Responsibilities:** Plan and develop teaching and learning activities focused on the transportation field; guide trainees on specific transportation techniques; evaluate the learning process; systematize studies, information, and experiences related to transportation; ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental protection; maintain training documentation records; conduct technical vehicle deliveries; perform technical evaluations of drivers; lead initiatives on economical driving, defensive driving, and safe practices; analyze productivity, fuel consumption, and driving behavior; implement and test new equipment; drive company vehicles for business purposes; maintain workplace order and comply with the company's safety regulations.
