**Job Description** We are seeking a Sales Representative to join the ExperienceEx team in Chapecó, SC. The professional will be responsible for serving customers, presenting and selling solutions and products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Other daily responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, building long-term relationships, and collaborating with the team to achieve organizational goals. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. **Qualifications** * **Sales and Negotiation Skills:** Experience in sales, negotiation ability, and results orientation are essential. * **Customer Relationship Management:** Customer service skills and the ability to build solid, trustworthy relationships. * **Communication:** Clear and effective verbal and written communication. * Retail industry experience or experience with similar products is desirable.
