Job Summary: The Quality Control Supervisor Trainee will participate in a up to 24-month development program with mentorship, designed to prepare them for managing quality teams and processes. Technical and people management responsibilities upon completion of the development program The **Quality Control Supervisor Trainee** will participate in a development program lasting up to 24 months, gaining hands-on experience and practical exposure by performing duties assigned to the role. Throughout this period, the Trainee will be guided by mentors from the relevant field.
