Job Summary:
The Quality Control Supervisor Trainee will participate in a up to 24-month development program with mentorship, designed to prepare them for managing quality teams and processes.

The **Quality Control Supervisor Trainee** will participate in a development program lasting up to 24 months, gaining hands-on experience and practical exposure by performing duties assigned to the role. Throughout this period, the Trainee will be guided by mentors from the relevant field. Upon successful evaluation following the development process, the Trainee may assume the position of Quality Control Supervisor, responsible for technical and people management, reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor of the Unit.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Observe and actively engage in the daily activities of the Quality Control Supervisor at an industrial unit, acquiring practical knowledge of the role’s tasks and responsibilities;
* Gain familiarity with key processes and departments interacting with Quality, understanding the interface and the role of the Quality Control Supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields;
* Experience and knowledge of food industry processes, preferably in dairy and pork segments;
* Willingness to work across various company units.
