Inventory planning and execution, and discrepancy analysis Do you have experience in the logistics sector? Join us as a Logistics Assistant in São Lourenço do Oeste/SC! You will be responsible for supporting data entry and providing assistance to drivers and carriers during order deliveries. With your experience, your objective will be to ensure delivery organization and control, while contributing to the smooth functioning of logistics activities and supporting routine operational demands. A Taste of What You’ll Do **WMS System Operation:** Responsible for using and monitoring the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring accurate recording of inventory movements, including goods receipt and dispatch. **Inventory Management:** Control of inventory levels, shelf-life tracking, identification of losses, and data accuracy within the system. **Inventory Activities:** Planning and execution of cyclic and full inventories, discrepancy analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. **Loading and Unloading Scheduling:** Scheduling and controlling receiving and shipping time windows, ensuring efficient vehicle flow, time optimization, and adherence to logistical deadlines. We Are Looking For Someone With Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with administrative routines Availability to work on Shift B, from 3:00 PM to 11:45 PM What’s Next?
