The HR Supervisor will play a key role in promoting the organizational culture and strengthening our team, with strong involvement in Human and Organizational Development, as well as supporting generalist HR processes at the Guarujá do Sul unit and providing support to other units. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Human and Organizational Development (HOD):** + Lead corporate Training and Development programs; + Lead initiatives related to work climate, employee engagement, and retention; + Manage performance evaluation and performance management programs; + Support the creation and execution of internal marketing actions and internal events; + Conduct internal surveys and participate in organizational culture projects; + Implement and keep updated People Management processes, policies, and internal regulations; + Prepare management reports and monitor departmental indicators; + Support Recruitment and Selection activities, onboarding, and admission routines; + Review payroll, electronic time records, schedules, and working hours; + Monitor benefits, cost control, and internal events; + Support financial workflow and payroll postings; + Assist in Occupational Safety and Health routines, ensuring legal compliance; + Support internal audits. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Solid experience in Human and Organizational Development (mandatory); * Knowledge of generalist HR routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, and benefits is desirable; * Hands\-on profile, good communication skills, organized, and results-oriented; * Availability to work on-site in Guarujá do Sul and make occasional visits to other units. **Differentiators:** * Experience in food manufacturing industries will be considered a plus; * Familiarity with organizational climate programs, GPTW, or similar initiatives.
