




**Job Characteristics** --------------------------- ### **HR Analyst \- Focus on Indicators** Princesa/SC On-site Main Responsibilities * Map, structure, and keep HR indicators updated (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, overtime, etc.). * Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reports to support management and executive teams. * Monitor metrics related to recruitment, training, organizational climate, and development. * Conduct analyses and propose data-driven improvement actions. * Participate in management meetings, presenting results and strategic recommendations. Requirements * Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Previous experience with HR indicators and/or People Analytics. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to translate data into accessible information for diverse audiences. * Proactivity and curiosity to seek innovative solutions. * Ability to maintain a strategic perspective without losing focus on execution. * Ease in interacting with managers and translating data into practical insights. * Organizational skills and autonomy in managing demands.
