Gather requirements by understanding client needs and proposing solutions aligned with HR and Personnel Department processes. Support clients in their digital transformation, optimizing routines and promoting best practices. Conduct meetings and customer interactions (remote and in-person), emphasizing relationship-building, trust, and value delivery. Adopt a consultative approach, guiding clients throughout the entire implementation journey. **Requirements**: Solid implementation experience with Senior HCM solutions, especially: Personnel Administration (payroll); Time & Attendance System; Occupational Safety and Medicine; Management Dashboard; Senior ATS; Performance and Career Management; Compensation Management; Digital Onboarding. Experience with labor routines and applicable legislation.
