### **Requirements:**
Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education;
Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable;
Basic understanding of Accounting and Information Systems;
Basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, internet);
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
Daily management of cash amounts included in the cash closing;
Processing customer payments, recording and registering checks in Accounts Receivable;
Forwarding funds (cash and checks) for bank deposit or custody;
Managing returned checks and paying low-value emergency expenses;
Releasing sales orders (cash, credit cards, and advance deposits) and monitoring card machines;
Registering new customers for cash sales;
Answering, screening, and routing calls, supporting sales activities and forwarding messages via Teams;
