Here, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and become part of a team that values innovation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct initial outreach and qualification of leads, both through active prospecting (cold calls, email, WhatsApp) and passive channels. Present the company's value proposition and forward qualified opportunities to the Sales team. Qualify leads according to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Maintain up-to-date CRM records and generate management reports. Conduct market research to identify new customers and understand the competitive landscape. Answer questions regarding our products and platforms. Provide administrative support to the sales team. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Completed high school. Currently pursuing a higher education degree in related fields is a plus. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales or telephone-based sales. Preferred Qualification: Prior knowledge of SaaS companies. Location: Must reside in Blumenau, SC. OTHER INFORMATION: Employment Type: CLT. Compensation: Base salary + variable pay + cost allowance.
