We’re looking for a professional who proactively manages our physical space—with initiative, organization, and a hands-on approach—to deliver administrative and operational support to our team. This is a unique role that blends office routines with foundational IT and maintenance knowledge. **Challenges and Responsibilities:** * Administrative Routines: Document management, supplier coordination, material receipt, office supply inventory, and small cash flow control. * Procurement and Quotations: Obtain quotations for office supplies, cleaning materials, maintenance items, coffee breaks, and travel reservations—aiming for optimal cost-benefit ratios—as well as other administrative tasks. * Fiscal Document Management: Review and input invoices into the system; prepare expense reports. * Technical IT Support: Install SSDs in laptops; format computers; install operating systems (Windows); perform preventive local network maintenance. * Office Care and Maintenance: Manage, inventory, and maintain furniture and equipment; coordinate minor office repairs—including equipment and infrastructure—among others. **What’s Essential?** * Intermediate-level **Windows** knowledge, including ability to perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting. * Familiarity with **laptop and desktop assembly and maintenance**, such as RAM, SSD, and other basic component replacement. * Availability to work on-site in Florianópolis. **Benefits of Joining CondoConta:** * Employment terms designed to enhance your financial autonomy; * Equipment provided for work; * WellHub and Conexa Saúde for physical and mental wellbeing; * Birthday day off and anniversary leave; * …and other benefits supporting your journey both inside and outside of work.
