




Job Summary: The External Industrial Sales Representative will drive sales and provide technical solutions by prospecting industrial clients and building long-term relationships. Post-sales technical support and preparation of customized proposals About the Role: The External Industrial Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and delivering technical solutions to customers. This professional must possess in-depth knowledge of products and the market, as well as negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills. * Identify and prospect new industrial segment clients, collaborating with engineering, project, and maintenance departments, focusing on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, and tooling solutions. * Conduct client visits to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. * Prepare commercial proposals and customized quotations. * Negotiate sales terms and close contracts. * Monitor delivery and installation processes of sold products. * Stay updated on industry trends and new products. * Participate in training sessions and events to enhance technical knowledge. * Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. * Record and track sales performance in the CRM system. * Provide post-sales technical support to clients. Requirements: * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Consultative profile, with strong listening and comprehension skills to understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and present innovations that improve client processes; * Prior experience as an external technical sales representative, selling electromechanical, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, tooling, consumable, and similar products; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and willingness to operate company vehicles; * Availability for occasional business travel; * Residence in cities located in the western region of Santa Catarina state About the Company: Join an organization recognized as a market reference in Brazil, with extensive expertise in industrial maintenance products, engineering projects, and solutions.
