




Job Summary: The professional will support the development and review of technical calibration procedures, handle instruments, and ensure metrological traceability. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain up-to-date calibration histories and equipment control records Your main responsibilities include: * Support the development and review of technical calibration procedures; * Properly handle, preserve, and store reference standards and instruments; * Comply with internal procedures and requirements of ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025; * Issue certificates and reports containing results, uncertainties, and technical observations; * Ensure metrological traceability to national and international standards; * Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Identify and report nonconformities and improvement opportunities; * Participate in internal and external audits; * Perform calibrations on instruments both at the company’s facilities and at customers’ sites (external environment); * Maintain up-to-date calibration histories and equipment control records; * Workplace organization: Keep the workplace organized and within controlled environmental conditions; * Incident handling: Handle incidents efficiently, ensuring prompt and effective resolution; * Suggest continuous improvements for greater laboratory efficiency; * Collaborate on the organization and standardization of administrative activities within the department; * Provide support for other departmental demands when required; * Comply with the company’s institutional guidelines.
