**[Tech] Senior Software Engineering - Datasul / Progress** =============================================================== TOTVS | Joinville - SC | Remote Job Description Provide technical support, develop and maintain software features that add value to the product, ensuring customer satisfaction within the area of expertise. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide technical support to TOTVS customers using the Datasul system; * Develop medium- and high-complexity technical solutions, ensuring alignment with customer and product requirements; * Perform maintenance on specific and customized customer programs; * Create manual and automated tests covering the expected behavior of developed technical components; * Document development stages, recording entries in version control and documentation tools; * Maintain software quality through the use of processes, tools, and best practices related to the product and adopted technology; * Guide junior developers by addressing questions, sharing knowledge, designing solutions, and recommending supporting documentation; * Detail medium- and high-complexity requirements jointly with customers and project-related teams; * Participate in customer meetings for requirement gathering, validations, and assisted support. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology or related fields; * Experience in customer support, including understanding technical and functional requirements; * Experience in software development and maintenance; * Knowledge of programming logic; * Familiarity with the Datasul ERP system; * Intermediate knowledge of Progress database; * Proficiency in Progress 4GL programming language; * Intermediate knowledge of the product's business rules. Desirable Requirements * Knowledge of POU-I.
