Join our international procurement team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute the full import process, from purchase order issuance and supplier notification through to goods arrival at the factory. * Collaborate with the procurement team and other factory departments to align delivery timelines and production requirements. * Analyze and verify international documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB), ensuring correct fiscal classification (NCM) and compliance with current legislation. * Monitor international and domestic transportation, coordinating communication among freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers. * Track foreign exchange settlement and issuance of incoming invoices, aiming for tax and logistics efficiency. * Participate in projects to improve internal operational routines related to import processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed undergraduate degree * Experience in import operations * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency * Soft skills: proactivity, strong communication skills, and openness to learning Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced Excel knowledge; * Knowledge of Incoterms, Customs Regimes, and Import Legislation; **Additional Information** Join Veda!
