Job Summary: This role involves system support, user training on ERP systems, implementation of new technologies, and database management. Key Highlights: 1. System support and user inquiry assistance 2. Conducting training on new ERP routines and modules 3. No prior IT experience required Location: Headquarters Department: IT Working Hours: Business hours, Monday to Friday (Saturdays on rotating schedule) **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide system support and resolve user inquiries; Conduct user training on new ERP routines and modules; Implement new technologies and processes; Participate in system version upgrades; Open and track support tickets with ERP system vendors; Fix ERP systems after ticket resolution; Correct databases for file export; Perform SQL queries to assist incident analysis; Manage existing databases; Observe and comply with administrative and security policies and procedures; Ensure proper operation of company equipment and facilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Preferably pursuing a degree in Information Systems or Computer Science. **Additional Information** No prior IT experience is required.
