Manage and execute labor and social security routines, ensuring legal compliance and specialized technical support to clients.

Your primary mission in this role will be to manage and execute clients' labor and social security routines, ensuring legal compliance, accurate payroll processing, hiring, termination, benefits, and ancillary obligations.
As an **HR Department Analyst**, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing specialized customer service and technical support via phone, e-mail, and system, ensuring clarity and responsiveness;
* Offering technical guidance on hiring, termination, payroll, vacation, and other labor routines, based on current legislation;
* Conducting critical analysis and correcting inconsistencies in payroll entries, such as payroll items, events, medical certificates, and leaves of absence;
* Clarifying questions regarding social charges and tax calculations, as well as submission of ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, DIRF, among others);
* Preparing technical reports and opinions based on client requests and applicable legislation;
* Monitoring incident resolution, maintaining updated records, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
**Requirements:**
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel...);
* Proficiency in computer use and mathematical calculations;
* Experience with HR department routines;
* **Advanced knowledge of eSocial;**
* Commitment to deadlines and deliverables;
* Agile, attentive, organized, and eager to learn;
* Strong communication skills and concentration.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:30 (or 13:30 to 18:00).
