For **12 years**, MP Contabiliza has delivered high-quality services in **Accounting, Taxation, Payroll, and Consulting**, serving companies with a focus on organization, compliance, and results. We seek a professional with experience in accounting firms, an analytical profile, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines and delivery quality. Main Responsibilities * Perform **accounting reconciliations** (bank, customers, suppliers, loans, taxes, payroll, etc.); * Conduct **accounting verification and classification** of documents and entries; * Support and execute the **monthly accounting closing**; * Verify and support **tax calculations** (in coordination with the tax department, where applicable); * Analyze trial balances, general ledger, income statements, and other accounting reports; * Support the preparation and verification of **accounting ancillary obligations**; * Perform balance sheet and income statement balance verifications; * Identify inconsistencies and propose adjustments/improvements to processes; * Address internal requests and provide technical accounting support to other departments. Mandatory Requirements * **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (completed);** * **Experience in accounting firms;** * Experience with **accounting processes and monthly closing**; * **Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;** * Knowledge of reconciliations and analysis of accounting accounts; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) * Experience with the **Questor** system; * Experience with companies under the **Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit** regimes; * Knowledge of **ECD, ECF, EFD Contributions**; * Experience with parameterization/integration among accounting, tax, and payroll modules; * Familiarity with performance indicators and process improvement. Salary Range **R$ 2\.500,00 to R$ 5\.000,00**, depending on technical knowledge, experience, and autonomy in the role.
