Teamwork and workplace organization Description: * Experience in transportation; * Availability for night shift; Receive and verify goods, directing them to appropriate storage locations (fleets and affiliates). Verify delivery invoices to ensure delivered items match those listed. Assist suppliers, fleets, and affiliates. * Ensure goods are verified, sorted, and labeled in appropriate locations; * Monitor and control pending volumes until their dispatch; * Ensure goods are loaded onto correct destinations; * Monitor and guide loading, unloading, pickup, and delivery personnel, both at the company and at client sites; * Support the team to ensure goods are properly arranged and evenly distributed in vehicles or on premises; * Prevent losses to the company by performing cargo volume measurements; * Contribute to operational safety by inspecting and releasing trailer seals; * Control outgoing goods from the company by accurately completing waybills; * Maintain electronic systems with up-to-date information; * Work as part of a team, performing other duties as required; * Comply with company procedures and code of conduct; * Provide objective and reliable information; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace. 2511230202461528341
