Job Summary: The Productivity Analyst will work with information analysis and management, deliver training, and disseminate departmental routines to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Deliver training on Production Control systems The **Productivity Analyst** will work with information analysis and management, deliver training, and disseminate departmental routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and disseminate Active Management routines to leadership positions in food production units; * Develop and implement Directive Summaries in production units by building databases, organizing reports, and programming in Excel; * Develop and implement tools to support the identification of losses and determination of line capacities in production units; * Implement the Flexibility Map in production units through training provided to responsible personnel on tool usage and maintenance, enabling more effective management of workforce resources across departments and allowing managers to identify development opportunities related to team skills and behaviors; * Support the development of the Master Workforce Plan and factory capacity plans (equipment); * Analyze installed capacities, prioritizing product mix (in coordination with corporate departments) to favor unit workflows. * Prepare management reports, performing data analysis and collection; * Deliver training on Production Control and Product Engineering systems across all organizational levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in the field is considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Guaraciaba Dairy Industry** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM** At Aurora Coop, you will receive the following **benefits**: * Health Plan with no monthly fee for employees * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Education Assistance * Meal Allowance * On-site meals Together, we have over **50,000 employees** across units from North to South Brazil, representing diverse cultures, ethnicities, and languages—but sharing the same purpose.
