Multi-channel customer service and reservations Responsible for implementing the hotel’s defined strategies across distribution channels, optimizing its visibility and thereby contributing to revenue growth of the unit(s) under responsibility; handling telephone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries; providing in-person service for quotations, individual reservations, group reservations, etc. Placing the customer at the “heart” of all activities to deliver a unique and unforgettable experience, in alignment with AccorHotels’ Service Culture.
