Collaborate on advancing QA practices The SEB Group is hiring a **Junior QA Analyst (SYSTEM TESTING)** to work at its Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join the SEB Group!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and generating positive societal impact.** Learn more about the Group: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform functional tests on systems comprising the company’s digital products, including financial modules, enrollment systems, digital secretariat, CRM, and ERP. * Develop, update, and follow test plans, test scripts (test cases), and validation scenarios, ensuring adherence to business rules. * Report defects clearly and systematically, documenting evidence, reproduction steps, and identified impacts. * Track bug fixes with the technical team, continuously validating deliveries. * Contribute to ensuring the quality of deliverables by identifying risks, recurring failures, and opportunities for improvement in development processes. * Support regression testing, exploratory testing, and integrated system testing. * Assist in documenting workflows, rules, and expected behaviors of functionalities. * Participate in development tracking ceremonies and meetings, maintaining alignment with product and technology teams. * Collaborate on advancing QA practices by proposing suggestions and improvements to testing routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of functional testing, testing techniques, and test case design. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability to identify defects. * Strong communication skills for interaction with technical teams and business areas. * Desired: Initial knowledge of test automation using Playwright, Cypress, or other platforms. * Desired: Familiarity with bug/issue tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00–18:00 hrs / Friday 08:00–17:00 hrs; * For candidates from Ribeirão Preto\-SP \- On\-site mode \- to work at the Administrative Headquarters.
