Job Summary: Professional to work in the field of real estate regularization, construction, and licensing, developing projects and collaborating with engineers and architects. Key Highlights: 1. Develop construction projects and prepare technical drawings. 2. Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on projects. 3. Apply technical standards and contribute to process improvements. The professional will carry out activities in the areas of real estate regularization, construction, environmental and civil licensing. **Responsibilities:** Develop construction projects; Prepare and review technical drawings; Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams across various project stages; Interpret and apply technical standards in developing solutions; Contribute ideas and improvements to the project area’s processes; Provide guidance and explanations required for client or stakeholder support. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering (completed or currently pursuing); Proficiency in technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD); Knowledge of technical standards and local construction regulations; Prior experience in construction projects; Knowledge of Revit; Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus; Knowledge of 3D rendering software is a plus; Strong communication skills; Attention to detail; Creativity. **Benefits:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Performance bonus. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–5:30 PM. **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Azambuja **City:** Brusque State SC
