Job Summary: Responsible for collecting solid waste, assisting with vehicle operation, and maintaining public cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Collection of organic and selective solid waste 2. Assistance with vehicle maneuvering and cabin cleaning 3. Maintenance of public road cleanliness * Collect domestic organic and selective solid waste, including in dead-end streets/alleys * Assist the driver with reverse maneuvers * Operate the waste compaction mechanism * Assist the driver in cleaning the vehicle cabin interior at the end of the shift * Check availability of work tools (broom and shovel) stored in the vehicle * Collect, using a broom and shovel, any waste that accidentally falls onto public roads Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) * Meal Allowance * Life Insurance * Health Assistance Package * Basic Food Basket (upon hiring) * One day off in the employee's birth month (day off) * Bradesco Dental Plan * Service Anniversary Bonus * Emotional and Personal Support Package
