Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, loading, and unloading materials; transferring products; operating company vehicles; and performing truck maintenance—all while adhering to safety regulations and optimizing processes. Focus on safety, process optimization, and teamwork **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Organize the placement of materials/products in the truck; * Assist in material sorting; * Assist in loading materials/products; * Organize truck unloading; * Transfer materials between branches, as well as between producers and customers; * Report necessary truck repairs to the manager; * Perform truck cleaning; * Operate mobile machinery as needed to assist with loading and unloading; * Occasionally operate fixed machinery (e.g., dryer), as required by the unit; * Use appropriate materials to perform tasks, ensuring vehicle organization and maintenance; * Operate company vehicles as needed, requiring a Category B driver’s license; * Transport employees between units and headquarters; assist with mailbag and document logistics as needed; * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness when performing tasks; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position. **General Responsibilities** * Comply with the company’s occupational health and safety and information security policies (including proper use of PPE); * Comply with applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and internal rules; * Propose process improvements; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Use company-provided financial resources rationally. **Requirements:** * Incomplete Elementary Education. * Category C driver’s license. * Reside in the city of operation.
