Description: * High school diploma. * Experience in the role; * Knowledge of computerized systems; * Knowledge of WMS. * Receive / assist drivers; * Register vehicle arrival in the system; * Verify documentation and register vehicles (trucks); * Print documentation for loading and unloading; * Verify in the WMS system the releases made by the Warehouse and Yard; * Authorize vehicle entry into the Customs Zone; * Control operational flow; * Cross-check documentary and physical information and validate (in case of discrepancies, consult supervisor); * Confirm and complete vehicle entries and exits in the systems; * Guide drivers regarding loading / unloading locations; * Provide support to departments in: execution of documentation, verifications, sorting, archiving, data entry, data import and export, customer and driver service, ensuring compliance with current regulations and integrity of information; * Monitor and record container reefer temperature in the system; * Comply with safety, hygiene, environmental, quality, disciplinary, or other standards established by the company and customers, following regulations, procedures, legal requirements, and instructions from the immediate supervisor. 251219020255274815
