Job Summary: Professional responsible for greeting customers, scheduling appointments, preparing quotations, handling telephone and WhatsApp communications, and maintaining workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Greet and identify customers cordially 2. Schedule exams and home sample collections 3. Provide telephone, WhatsApp, and customer guidance Greet customers and visitors with friendliness and courtesy, and identify them; schedule exams and home sample collections; prepare quotations; handle telephone calls and provide customer guidance; maintain a clean and organized environment. Receive customers and visitors and issue visitor identification badges (and occasionally, when necessary), Identify customers and visitors by requesting photo identification documents, Perform pre-scheduling of exams, Request quotations, Register patients in the Laboratory Information System (LIS), Make telephone calls, Provide customer service via WhatsApp, Schedule home and corporate sample collections, Provide instructions for exam sample collection and deliver collection containers to customers, Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workspace, Act as a hostess (issuing queue numbers at the entrance), Interact with customers courteously, politely, and warmly, Receive biological samples from customers, Comply with Biosafety regulations, * Remove common waste from reception trash bins Verify pending items related to contracted health plans per the Health Plans Department's request Collect agreed-upon amounts from customers, verify daily cash inflows and outflows, and submit the cash report to Finance—covering cash, cards, PIX, and checks; immediately notify Finance of any discrepancies. Check pending collections related to cash, cards, PIX, and checks, which are periodically generated by Finance
