**PCP Analyst (Production Planning and Control)** Job Description Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the production of industrial equipment made of stainless steel, overseeing production processes, deadlines, materials, and manufacturing capacity to ensure operational efficiency, adherence to schedules, and fulfillment of commercial and production demands. Key Responsibilities * Plan and schedule production according to orders and timelines; * Control production orders and monitor factory progress; * Conduct productive capacity analysis and production sequencing; * Monitor equipment manufacturing and delivery deadlines; * Control raw materials, supplies, and purchasing requirements; * Issue and track production orders in the system; * Prepare production reports and performance indicators; * Monitor productivity, bottlenecks, and departmental performance; * Serve as liaison among engineering, procurement, production, and sales departments; * Control inventory of production materials and components; * Assist in defining manufacturing priorities; * Ensure timely updates of production information and data entry. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Experience in industrial PCP; * Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes and stainless steel equipment; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus; * Familiarity with inventory control and material planning.
