As a **Payroll Audit Analyst** at Transpanorama, you will carry out the following activities: * Classify payroll entries/documents for recording in the ERP System. * Advise departments, upon request, on classifications, identifying: product, description, and managerial cost center. * Update performance indicator spreadsheets related to company departments. * Allocate payroll cost and expense entries. * Import allocations into the ERP System; * Verify accounting accounts for payroll costs and expenses. * Conduct payroll audits, issuing reports with identified findings. * Inform the HR Department of non\-conformities found during audits for correction. * Monitor corrections and actions requested from the HR Department, as verified during audits. * Present monthly payroll audit results. * Validate presentations with coordination and management and forward them monthly to the HR Department. * Configure accounting settings for payroll events in the ERP System. * Monitor events created or modified in the ERP System. * Support the Controller’s Office in closing activities, audits, assessments, or other requests.
