Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance services on AGCO agricultural equipment; assemble and test equipment after maintenance completion; Conduct complex failure diagnostics; install, configure, and calibrate auto-pilot and GPS systems; Interpret technical diagrams; Maintain CVT transmissions; List required parts and tools, and deliver replaced parts to the customer; Accurately record all work, downtime, and events in your daily report, and follow all vehicle maintenance and service recommendations; Administer field services via Dealer software and complete Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; * Prior experience at an agricultural dealership is a plus; * Technical training in a related field is a plus. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
