We are looking for a professional who wants to grow alongside our business and has a "hands-on" profile—someone ready to roll up their sleeves! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Check tire inflation pressure; * Repair damaged or worn parts using appropriate equipment to restore tires to safe operating condition; * Repair tires on trucks, cars, or any other motor vehicles; * Perform tire and wheel replacements, carrying out necessary inspections and repairs; * Keep materials, machines, equipment, and the workplace organized, clean, and well-maintained; * Assess the need for repairs; * Inspect tires and air chamber alignments used in vehicles; * Receive daily work instructions from immediate supervisor; * Comply with internal procedures and safety regulations; * Uphold company values; * Perform any other duties inherent to the role as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proven experience as a tire technician. Technical knowledge of pneumatics and wheel maintenance. Familiarity with tire shop tools and equipment (e.g., mounting machines, vulcanizers, pressure gauges, etc.).
