




Assist in administrative activities under the supervision of a professional in the field or immediate manager. * Check, locate, receive and update document information; * Request document copies; * File documents; * Draft texts and spreadsheets; * Fill out forms and/or registrations; * Complete personnel movement records; * Collect data; * Perform calculations; * Verify calculations; * Collect signatures; * Locate administrative processes; * Guide employees on rights and duties; * Update employee data; * Assist in Personnel Control (absences, vacations, certificates, timekeeping changes and others); * Control office supplies; * Identify material needs; * Verify requested materials; * Request delivery of documents; * Assist in organizing internal events; * Organize the department; * Follow all safety, health and environmental guidelines; * Follow and respect all company policies, norms and procedures. * Other related activities.
