Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in Procurement, including negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management; * Experience with procurement processes for parts, materials, and services in the agricultural sector is considered a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel for analysis and control; * Familiarity with Protheus/TOTVS or another integrated ERP system is desirable. * Address urgent demands for parts, equipment, or services essential to store and customer maintenance and operations. * Focus on short-term response, acting swiftly and effectively to situations outside annual or monthly planning. * Identify alternative or local suppliers capable of rapid response, evaluating availability, delivery timelines, and reliability. * Negotiate shortened delivery schedules, balanced commercial terms, and alternative logistics solutions to ensure immediate fulfillment of requirements. * Assess the operational impact of urgency and prioritize purchases according to the criticality level of the demand. * Maintain constant communication with requesting departments and managers, ensuring visibility and alignment regarding the status of emergency procurements. * Map and identify procurement needs, aligning priorities and response deadlines with requesting departments. * Conduct supplier quotations, evaluating price, quality, delivery lead time, and commercial terms. * Lead commercial and contractual negotiations to secure optimal purchasing conditions and cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. * Issue purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate registration and tracking of requests. * Monitor order delivery flow, tracking deadlines, quality, and compliance of deliveries. * Keep supplier, product, and service master data up to date in the company’s system. * Monitor departmental performance indicators, such as savings, lead time, and on-time delivery rate. * Perform cost-benefit analyses and provide strategic recommendations for procurement optimization. * Track market trends and price fluctuations, particularly for commodities or strategic materials critical to the business. 251129020218128792
