Systematic technical-professional training Job Information: * Training will be conducted in two environments: * At a professional training unit, which will provide a systematic technical-professional apprenticeship program; * At the employing company, where the apprentice will perform professional practice tasks in an environment compatible with their age and with the systematic training received from the training institution. * The apprentice's daily work schedule will be four hours, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, during the Afternoon Shift; * Two days per week will be dedicated to theoretical learning and three days to professional practice at the company, each day consisting of four hours of scheduled training, continuing until the completion of the Apprenticeship Program; * **The apprentice must be enrolled in High School during the Morning or Night Shift.**
