




Agropecuária Três Estrelas is looking for a professional to work in the Purchasing department at the Corporate Office in Primavera do Leste - MT: Activities: * Responsible for supporting the purchasing department, focusing on operational tasks such as sourcing parts from suppliers, sending and tracking tools under maintenance, receiving and inspecting goods, and organizing necessary documentation for the fiscal and financial departments. * Manage the logistics process for shipping materials and parts to farms. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site searches for parts and materials from local suppliers as requested by the purchasing team. * Send small tools and equipment for repair, monitor progress, and ensure timely return. * Physically receive goods delivered by suppliers. * Inspect received goods, verifying quantity, quality, and compliance with orders. * Organize and dispatch goods to farms, ensuring correct destination identification and adherence to deadlines. * Collect and organize fiscal documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts, for submission to the fiscal and financial departments. * Support the purchasing department in other administrative and operational routines as needed. Requirements: * High school diploma. * Previous experience in purchasing, warehousing, or logistics will be an advantage. * Knowledge of purchasing systems. * Ability to organize documents and manage material control. * Good communication skills and sense of urgency. * Driver's license category B (mandatory) — for travel to suppliers and technical service locations.
