




Caimbé Group is looking for an HR Analyst; if you are proactive, have knowledge in recruitment and selection, as well as skills in employee support and coordination, this position is for you. Responsibilities: Monitor and carry out recruitment and selection processes, from job postings to onboarding new employees; Conduct interviews and resume evaluations; Provide support and assistance to employees regarding benefits, internal policies, and other matters; Collaborate with HR management in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and projects; Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation in compliance with labor laws and internal regulations; Actively participate in projects and initiatives aimed at organizational development and improvement of the work environment. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Analyst, with focus on recruitment and selection; Solid knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection; Ability to efficiently handle multiple demands and priorities; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business Administration; Knowledge of HR management systems will be considered a plus.
