PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Practical Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Cascavel, Quadra 07, Lote 01, JARDIM DAS AMERICAS \| Primavera do Leste MT \- 78850000 **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and develops skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driving permits and authorizations, as well as for professional vehicle operation enhancement; also facilitates students’ learning processes during Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed high school (or higher education degree). **Acceptable proof includes:** a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Officially signed and stamped course completion declaration. c) For higher education, enrollment confirmation, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution. Traffic Instructor Course recognized by the National Traffic Council (CONTRAN). The required qualifications must be verified by: (Valid diploma or certificate — validity up to five years from the certificate’s issuance date). Valid Driver’s License, Category D or E \- minimum one (1) year holding such category. The required qualifications must be verified by: Copy of valid driver’s license. No serious traffic violations committed within the last sixty (60) days and no prior suspension or revocation of the National Driver’s License (CNH). The required qualifications must be verified by: Copy of “no record” certificate issued by the State Traffic Department (DETRAN). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience delivering practical instruction for buses and/or trucks and/or tractor-trailers. **VERIFICATION:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service rendered, and detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
