Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive HR Analyst to align HR strategies, support leaders and employees, with end-to-end focus on Recruitment and Selection. Key Highlights: 1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business needs and supporting leaders and employees in addressing their requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as a strategic consultant on all HR matters, with an end-to-end focus on Recruitment and Selection for all positions; * Support HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives; * Facilitate training and development processes; * Provide support and guidance regarding performance, development, and talent management; promote organizational culture and engagement initiatives; * Manage working conditions, organizational climate, and conflicts; * Analyze HR metrics and propose improvements; * Manage change and act as a facilitator across different hierarchical levels within the company. **Required Competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field; * Prior experience in Human Resources is mandatory, preferably in Recruitment and Selection; * Knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and labor legislation; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity, empathy, and business acumen; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **NOTE:** Mandatory: Willingness to travel \- Primavera do Leste/MT and nearby cities **We Offer:** * Competitive compensation; * Opportunities for internal career growth; * A dynamic and challenging work environment.
