Description: * Higher education completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related fields; * Solid experience in the Purchasing area, involving negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship; * Experience with procurement processes for parts, materials and services targeted at the agricultural sector will be considered a differentiator; * Proficiency in Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel for analysis and controls; * Knowledge of Protheus/TOTVS system or other integrated ERP is desirable. * Respond to urgent demands for parts, equipment or essential services for maintenance and operation of stores and customers. * Focus on short-term tasks, responding quickly and effectively to situations outside the annual or monthly planning. * Identify alternative or local suppliers capable of rapid response, evaluating availability, delivery times and reliability. * Negotiate reduced delivery times, balanced commercial terms and logistical alternatives that ensure immediate fulfillment of needs. * Assess the impact of urgency on operations and prioritize purchases according to the criticality level of the demand. * Maintain constant communication with requesting departments and managers, ensuring visibility and alignment regarding the status of emergency procurements. * Map and identify purchasing needs, aligning priorities and response timelines with requesting departments. * Conduct supplier quotations, evaluating price, quality, delivery time and commercial terms. * Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, seeking the best purchase conditions and cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality. * Issue purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring proper registration and tracking of requests. * Monitor order delivery flow, tracking deadlines, quality and compliance of deliveries. * Keep supplier, product and service records updated in the company's system. * Monitor department performance indicators such as savings, lead time and on-time delivery rate. * Perform cost-benefit analyses and provide strategic recommendations for procurement optimization. * Monitor market trends and price fluctuations, especially in commodities or strategic materials for the business. 251029020253128792
