Alfredo Marcondes Hybrid CLT 14109 Description * Comply with, fulfill, and ensure compliance with EHSQ requirements, including the EHSQ policy, and be aware of aspects that may cause environmental impacts, hazards, and risks—whether directly or indirectly attributable—always seeking to mitigate them in the services and activities performed; * Analyze and verify tax documents (NF-e, CT-e) and perform tax classification of goods and services (inbound and outbound); * Calculate indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, withholdings), ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal deadlines and internal regulations; * Prepare and submit ancillary tax obligations (EFD Fiscal – ICMS/IPI; GIA; DMA; REINF; DCTF Web; PERD/COMP Web; DIRF; etc); * Issue fiscal invoices via SAP; * Generate tax payment slips and perform posting/accounting entries; * Support tax inspections, external and internal audits, as well as provide clarifications to internal company departments; * Monitor changes in tax legislation and support implementation of necessary adjustments to processes and systems used by the company; * Reconcile tax accounts; * Perform monthly tax/accounting closing; * Maintain organized and up-to-date tax documentation in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies.
