**Job Description** **Position: Full Stack Developer** At **Novo Horizonte Promotora**, we are specialists in payroll-deductible loans, focusing on humanized service, agility, and solutions that make a real impact on our customers' lives. We dedicate ourselves to every stage of the process, combining efficiency and innovation to consistently deliver the best results. **Position Objective:** We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with proven experience in the credit industry and banking integrations. This person will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving internal systems and APIs that connect our customer service workflows and integrations with financial and banking partners. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain web systems and APIs focused on payroll-deductible loan and FGTS operations. * Integrate platforms with banks, correspondents, and financial systems via REST and SOAP APIs. * Ensure security and reliability of integrations involving sensitive data and banking authentication. * Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Intelligence teams, translating business needs into technical solutions. * Create automations and dashboards to optimize internal workflows and decision-making. * Participate in code reviews and follow proper version control practices (Git). * Maintain legacy systems and develop new functionalities. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (minimum 3 years). * Prior experience in the payroll-deductible loan market, fintechs, banks, or credit promotion companies. * Proficiency in Node.js, React (or Vue/Angular), TypeScript. * Solid experience integrating APIs (REST, SOAP, token-based authentication, OAuth2\). * Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. * Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Understanding of data security, LGPD, and banking integration standards. * Strong communication skills and ability to understand business context. **Want to learn more about us?
