Register and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and implement safety programs: Create and execute plans and procedures to identify and control risks; * Inspections and audits: Conduct regular checks on facilities and operations to identify unsafe conditions and recommend improvements; * Training and awareness: Deliver training sessions and promote a safety culture among workers; * Risk analysis and accident investigation: Identify potential hazards and investigate accident causes to prevent recurrence; * Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on safety activities; * Monitor regulations and legislation: Stay updated on laws and safety regulations applicable to mining; * Interface with other departments: Collaborate with different company areas to integrate safety into operations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Develop and implement safety programs: Create and execute plans and procedures to identify and control risks; * Inspections and audits: Conduct regular checks on facilities and operations to identify unsafe conditions and recommend improvements; * Training and awareness: Deliver training sessions and promote a safety culture among workers; * Risk analysis and accident investigation: Identify potential hazards and investigate accident causes to prevent recurrence; * Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on safety activities; * Monitor regulations and legislation: Stay updated on laws and safety regulations applicable to mining; * Interface with other departments: Collaborate with different company areas to integrate safety into operations. * Education: Completed technical education in Workplace Safety, with registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Experience: Proven experience in workplace safety, preferably in the mining sector. This experience is crucial for understanding specific risks and mining operation particularities. * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs): Mastery of Regulatory Standards, especially NR\-22 (Occupational Health and Safety in Mining), NR\-12 (Workplace Safety in Machinery and Equipment), NR\-35 (Working at Heights), and NR\-33 (Confined Spaces). * Legislation: Knowledge of labor and social security legislation related to occupational health and safety. * Computer skills: Proficiency in computer software (Office suite) for creating documents, spreadsheets, and reports. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) category B, due to the need for travel within operational areas; * Specialization courses and training in areas such as risk analysis, accident investigation, first aid, firefighting, emergency management, and other mining\-specific NRs. * Experience conducting safety inspections and audits. * Ability to effectively deliver training and DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue). * Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for interacting with workers, preparing reports, and presenting information. * Ability to identify and analyze risks, and propose preventive and corrective solutions. * Skill to collaborate effectively with different company departments. **Additional information** * Hapvida Health Plan: no monthly payroll cost for the employee \- co\-payment model; * Bradesco Dental Plan: Optional; * Totalpass (Optional): Comprehensive plans extending to dependents; * Life Insurance; * Hazardous duty allowance \- 30%; * Meal allowance of R$ 770.00; * Mobility allowance of R$ 120.00; and * Work schedule 12x8\.
