Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for operating a biomass boiler and front-end loader, collecting water samples, and monitoring the water softener, with focus and discipline. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and monitor biomass boiler to ensure operational stability. 2. Perform boiler water treatment and operate front-end loader. 3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. The main challenge in this area is maintaining focus and discipline during tasks, chemical dosing, and preventive maintenance. The professional will be responsible for operating a biomass boiler and front-end loader, collecting water samples, and monitoring the water softener. Strictly comply with health, safety, and operational procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and monitor biomass boiler to ensure operational stability and adherence to pressure, temperature, and steam generation parameters; * Control fuel (biomass) feed rate, adjusting thermal load according to process demand; * Execute operational routines, complete shift handover reports (ATA), checklists, and shift reports; * Perform feedwater treatment for the boiler, including operation of ion-exchange water softening system (softener), brine regeneration, residual hardness control, and system efficiency monitoring; * Monitor and control physical\-chemical parameters of water and steam (pH, conductivity, hardness, where applicable), conducting field tests and adjusting chemical dosing; * Operate chemical dosing systems (e.g., oxygen scavengers, dispersants, alkalizing agents) to prevent scaling, corrosion, and carryover; * Perform bottom and surface blowdowns per operational standards to control dissolved solids and ensure steam quality; * Operate front-end loader for biomass feeding, maintaining consistent fuel supply; * Monitor consumption of consumables (biomass, chemicals, salt), recording and reporting deviations; * Identify operational anomalies, taking preventive action and notifying maintenance team when necessary; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR\-13\), environmental requirements, and internal procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Detail-oriented; embody JBS values. * Attention to and responsibility for safety; * Operational organization and discipline; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Teamwork **Additional Information**
