As a Sales and Business Advisor at Goodyear, you will strategically work with the dealer network, identifying growth opportunities, strengthening brand presence, and driving sell-out. The role involves commercial advisory, training, and support in people and point-of-sale (POS) management, aligned with the excellence and innovation that define Goodyear in the market. **Main Objective** Develop a strategic plan for each dealer, focusing on identifying opportunities to achieve the objectives set by Goodyear's business strategy. Carry out prospecting, sales, and after-sales activities, aiming to achieve defined results while optimizing resources used. Understand and monitor inventory levels, profit margins per product, sales strategies, and the performance of the dealer's sales team. Professionalize the dealer network through advisory services in people management, training, financial and point-of-sale (POS) management, sales, marketing, target market strategies, and performance analysis. \- Job location: Maceió \- Alagoas. * Travel availability: up to 60% **Your Responsibilities** * Work with and advise dealers to achieve sales, profitability, business expansion, brand presence, and target market share (TMS) goals. * Identify market trends and competitor actions that create opportunities, developing plans and/or actions to strengthen business, always focused on the *sell-out* of our products in retail and wholesale channels. * Suggest, coordinate, and effectively plan retail and wholesale activities focused on *sell-out*, in collaboration with the dealer. * Identify opportunities and conduct training for internal and external dealer teams. * Keep the dealer and competitor database updated (Geomarketing), including price surveys, sales strategies, product launches, warranties, and marketing actions. **What We Are Looking For** * Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics), or Accounting. * Postgraduate education and intermediate English skills are desirable. **What Will Set You Apart** * Strong communication skills and dynamism * Proficiency in computer software and technical knowledge * Mastery of sales processes and routines * Negotiation techniques and sales training courses (basic and intermediate level) * Financial calculations.
