Job Summary: Monitor embedded technology risk events, analyze behavioral incidents, and prepare operational reports to support preventive actions. Key Highlights: 1. Support in identifying behavioral trends Monitor risk events identified by embedded technology and vehicle telematics systems; Analyze incidents related to behavioral risk elements defined in internal policies, client requirements, and legal regulations; Classify and record events according to technical criteria and procedures established by the carrier and clients; Perform immediate follow-up actions when applicable (contact with driver and/or leadership); Issue formal notifications and apply disciplinary penalties per the current Disciplinary Action Policy; Forward incident documentation and penalties to SSMA responsible personnel and involved leadership; Prepare operational reports and performance indicators related to monitored events; Support identification of behavioral trends and propose preventive actions; Ensure traceability and organization of evidence (images, videos, and systemic reports); Act in alignment with the company’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Road Safety guidelines.
