We believe diversity makes us stronger and more innovative! **Responsibilities**: * Plan, develop, and execute internal communication initiatives aligned with the company's culture and strategic objectives; * Act as guardian of the employer brand, creating content that strengthens employer branding and enhances the company's perceived value among employees and candidates; * Produce and review institutional materials, announcements, internal campaigns, and content for various channels (intranet, email, digital bulletin boards, apps, and corporate social media); * Support the creation of narratives that promote engagement, belonging, and appreciation of organizational culture; * Develop scripts and perform video editing for internal campaigns, corporate events, and engagement initiatives; * Support the organization of internal events and endomarketing campaigns; * Collaborate closely with Human Resources, Marketing, and other business units to ensure communication consistency. Our workplace is on-site at Av. Brasil, 3825, central region of Maringá, near the bus terminal.
