Key responsibilities include: * Participate in meetings with the construction team and other stakeholders involved in project development; * Organize, control, and distribute project documentation and files; * Prepare budgets and quotations when external project services need to be contracted; * Understand and interpret architectural and other discipline drawings (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.); * Work with AutoCAD, Revit, and Excel for control and analysis; * Support project verification and coordination within a BIM environment, and in some cases develop or adjust models; * Maintain active communication among the office, construction site, and designers to ensure technical alignment and adherence to deadlines.
