**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00, Sat 8:00–12:00, with a 2-hour lunch break.
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT
• Perform preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's technical manuals;
• Conduct medium-complexity diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures;
• Carry out repairs on engines, transmission systems, suspension, brakes, steering, and auxiliary systems;
• Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer-specific software;
• Support the preparation of technical estimates and service reports;
• Comply with the dealership’s safety, quality, and environmental standards;
• Guide Junior Mechanics and Assistants in practical tasks, sharing technical knowledge;
• Ensure correct use of original parts and adherence to warranty procedures.
**Requirements:**
• Valid driver’s license (Class B);
• Completed high school education;
• Prior experience in this role;
• Ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems;
• Proactivity and organizational skills;
