Currently, we operate on WordPress (website, blog, and travel catalog) and are beginning—systematically—the technical design of our next-generation platform. We seek a Full-Stack Developer with strong technical foundations, practical mindset, and openness to leveraging AI and automation to accelerate processes, reduce rework, and support product evolution. ### **Your Responsibilities** * Provide technical support and evolve the current WordPress platform (website, blog, and travel catalog) * Work with Custom Post Types, ACF, and more structured data logic * Improve code performance, organization, and stability * Support integrations with external tools (CRM, forms, automation, payments) * Use AI tools daily for development, refactoring, and documentation * Build or support internal automation using tools such as Make, n8n, or similar * Gradually and thoughtfully participate in the technical design of the future platform ### **What We Expect From You** * Practical experience with WordPress beyond pre-built themes and plugins * Solid foundation in PHP and familiarity with JavaScript * Proficiency with Git and best practices in version control * Ability to understand workflows, data, and business processes * Autonomy, technical curiosity, and critical thinking * Conscious use of AI in development (ability to validate and explain AI-generated outputs) ### **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with APIs (REST or GraphQL) * Familiarity with headless architecture or frontend/backend separation * Experience with automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar) * Interest in digital products, platforms, or marketplaces ### **What We’re Not Looking For** * Junior profile lacking autonomy * Overreliance on plugins without sound technical judgment * Developers who dismiss WordPress or low-code automation * Unreflective or uncritical use of AI ### **Benefits** * Medical and dental insurance * Meal and transportation allowances * Annual travel voucher for PlanetaEXO adventures * Discounts for you, your friends, and family on our trips * Genuine opportunities for professional growth within the company * PPR – Profit Sharing Program * TotalPass * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives * The rewarding experience of positively impacting local communities and economies ### **Work Model and Compensation** * Work Model: On-site * Location: Near Fradique Coutinho Metro Station in Pinheiros * Employment Type: PJ (Individual Contractor) * Compensation: Fixed salary + commission
