Your challenges will include: * Organizing the team to carry out corrective and planned maintenance of factory equipment; * Monitoring the daily execution flow of maintenance activities; * Addressing deviations from the planned schedule for uncompleted activities and proposing corrective actions; * Interacting with and developing suppliers for budgeting and service provision related to purchasing parts and services; * Managing the maintenance team’s routine to meet maintenance performance indicators; * Participating in weekly planning meetings with PCM; * Monitoring expenditures on parts, consumables, tools, and maintenance services; * Conducting monthly inspections of individual and collective maintenance tools; * Performing complex electrical interventions occasionally or as needed. To succeed in this role, we seek candidates with: * A completed bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering; * Prior experience in this position; * Experience with Sankhya is desirable.
